The Story of Nant Barns
In Spring 2009, Paul and Kim were in search of a small cottage in Mid Wales that they could use as a bolt hole for weekend retreats. As they headed home from a day of viewings they spotted a “For Sale” sign in a field by the side of the road. Turning off the main road, to explore what was for sale they discovered two stone derelict barns. The idea of finding a bolt hole was suddenly transformed into the realisation of Kim’s childhood dream of converting a stone barn with views overlooking the sea!
